"The staff at the front desk were welcoming during our stay. They were kind, courteous and helpful during check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The overall hotel (hallways, elevator, stairs, lobby) was clean and inviting. I would definitely stay at Hotel Willo again."

"Super good hotel! Staff is nice"

"Clean and quiet suites, with a great pool and hot tub area. We tried to check in at 3:45pm and surprisingly our room wasn’t ready then, and we had to wait until after 4pm we could check in and get to our room. For our inconvenience, I asked for small compensation such as free parking for a night and immediately got a “no” from the front desk person. Food was ordinary to awful and extremely expensive so no value for money staff in restaurant looked unkept and by comparison to other staff not very attentive. "Located in the heart of downtown. Good walking distance to Aquarium, Science World, Canada Place, Gastown Steam Clock, Vancouver City Centre train station, and shops. "The location is great and central to the Vancouver metro area."

"We had a trying experience with their parking lot. It was full when we went in with our dodge ram (not oversized). It was impossible to turn around in there and the gate closed on our vehicle as we were trying to back out. We notified staff right away who suggested we park across the street at the hospital. They took the charge off for parking but it was we not a pleasant start to our trip. The hotel rooms are decent and it’s very walkable. But I don’t know if we’ll book in there again."
