"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"This was the best property we stayed in during our 4 day trip. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated our toy poodle very well. They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!"

"The hotel is older, but it did not feel like that inside. Smelled new, very clean. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable and all bedding was obviously fresh and clean.
Staff is very helpful, and the hot breakfast was nice."
