"I did not get any housekeeping services over the course of a three night stay and, ultimately, had to call down to get clean towels. Otherwise my stay was excellent."

"The perfect mountain getaway. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Fireplace in the room with starter kit and unlimited firewood is really the perfect setup for a cozy evening inside after skiing around the lake. Breakfast buffet weekend was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!"

"I arrived for checkin at 530pm and the room was not ready. That was the least of the issues. They wanted to charge me for a pet deposit but I didnt have a pet, that got rectified fairly quickly but had to be verified with a manager. The rooms are very old and need upgrading. The very old curtains fell of the hooks and had to have staff come and rehang. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked. There were holes in the lampshades and the door to the room shaked and rattled all night everytime someone breathed in the hallway, walked by or opened and closed a door anywhere else in the place. Some simple weatherstripping around the door would make a huge difference! I will not stay here again ir recommend it."

"Not recommended. Room close to adjoining restaurant was subject to constant music all until 10pm. Older outdated hotel and furniture. Staff unpleasant and not customer oriented. Some of the pool areas were not working."

"The Arms building was lovely, big soaker tub and separate shower. Lovely bed and bedding. Beautiful view and surroundings. Lake Side dining room was lovely."

"The Coadt was great however in the future for guest staying I worry to keep all sports teams on designated floors as I felt there was a lot of disrespect from children not being watch by there parents as hockey balls flying at us going room the pool to our room and lack of dis respect when calling down to from desk as parents weren’t be responsible of making children be respectful to other patrons of the hotel . We were not there for a tournament it was personal use and being hit hard in back , legs and the face with Hockey Balls is unaccustomed behaviour in a hotel."
