Of particular note was Mr. Asmar Rouhand. He made sure we were okay and then assisted us in getting to the airport and having the vehicle removed from the premises. We would have been lost and traumatized without his assistance. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated coordinator. "

"La ubicación fue perfecta. Muy cerca del Centro de Madrid. Por lo que pudimos ir a pie a muchas partes. Al frente hay un centro comercial con buenos lugares de comida y una estación del tren. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, aunque la cama puede ser mas cómoda, pero nos resolvió. Nos incluyó desayuno, muy bueno por cierto. Los empleados fueron muy amables. Definitivamente, volveria a hospedarme aqui."
