"The staff, amenities, cleanliness, and restaurants were great! I recommend bringing extra cash for tips. MURA House was the highlight of our dining experience. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a pool that was a little further away from the noisier pool, if you are truly looking for a quiet place to relax. The music can sometimes feel like you are in an Amphitheatre from your balcony, so it can kind of be annoying when it starts in the morning. Outside of that, the wildlife, beach, and ambiance was a 10/10. "

"Incredibly good food and high end drinks which was a surprise for an all inclusive resort. All the staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. This is quite a small hotel within the much larger El Dorado complex and is very friendly and intimate. We had a lovely 5 nights here and plan to return. "
