"Not pet friendly. But pets are allowed. After several employees of the hotel warned me that “my dog was not allowed to leave the room during our stay”, I went to the reception to clarify. "This ‘resort’ was pretty ho hum. Nothing special. Very limited menu - and same menu for both lunch and dinner. Very disappointing Limited pool chairs. The pool deck’s side tables were all chipped and rusting. Staff were not friendly. We arrived 6:30 am (sorry - that’s just when our flight got in!!). On arrival of course there was no room available. No suggestion of “go have a coffee and breakfast on us (or at a reduced rate)”. I asked if they had a guest room available for use by guests...

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."
