Excellent service, rooms are kept immaculate. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If you’re an Expedia vip member you get the breakfast included. They have many options to choose from.
Staff is friendly and helpful, and there is plenty to do across the grounds - from beach to pool to tennis and archery. With our premier room we enjoyed the separate premier lounge and premier concierge accessible by text. Our family would love to come back and stay longer next time!
Best resort we have stayed at in the Caribbean - next level service. Great accommodations, amazing food, golf courses are incredible. We look forward to returning here - worth the price! Highly recommended!
This was by far the best stay we had exploring the island…the grounds were maintained first class…quality bed, quality room, perfect beach, and chef quality food. If we were to choose a resort for an extended stay, this would be it.
Recommended.
This place is truly one of my favorite all time places. The resort and amenities are top notch. The staff are friendly and attentive. The property is beautiful and having your own golf cart to toodle around in is just fun.

Espetacular facility. Impeccable service, great activities. Super clean and organized, oh… and we love the caritos!
Room is clean, well-organized. staff is very professional and nice. we drive around to golf course, restaurants and reception center are fun and enjoyable.
I found this hotel absolutely amazing—perfect in every way. I honestly don’t even know what to say because it was so beautiful. The staff are incredibly attentive and treat you exceptionally well, starting from the doorman. Wow, this hotel is truly world-class.
Our expectations were high for this storied resort. But ultimately, we were disappointed. The scene on arrival was chaotic. With our Expedia premium status we were told earlier arrival was possible. But our rooms were not available until considerably past the 4 PM check in time. The overly crowded beach made it impossible to find three beach chairs. The food was OK, but not equal to the cost. Our best time was up at Alto de Chevon, a quiet and lovely village recreation. Bottom line… We were so excited and thinking we would prolong our stay there our final day but instead found ourselves anxious to leave. Too bad. Considering it’s famous past we felt it had lost it magic.
