While the hotel had some good qualities like some staff were friendly and the room was very clean, we did not appreciate the service from the people from the front desk and the food was not the best. I've been to a few all inclusive and this one was my least favorite. I'm not even a very picky person but the buffet was very hit and miss, and we struggled with reserving any of the other restaurants, unless we upgraded to privilege (also some of the dress codes are silly, like requiring men to wear long pants when it's 90 degrees outside?? Also, when we showed up they had us sit through almost a 2 hour presentation about their premium membership... The icing on the cake was when I lost my bracelet hotel key when I was swimming in the pool (I didn't damage it intentionally it just slipped out), and when I asked to get a new one they told me that it was going to be $150 for a new one! $150??? That's an absolute scam. Scam, scam, scam. The older lady was also so rude to us, when I tried to explain the situation, the lady just shrugged and said that they told me at the beginning (they did not), and that security was not going to let me inside the hotel, and she said it almost in a threatening way. Anyway, I didn't pay for it, I refused, my bf just let me into places and the "security" didn't really notice it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, my parents went to the Princess Hotel and they had a much better time there and they said the food was great. Very disappointed overall.
