"The location and the pool of this hotel is great. The issue is the place needs maintenance. PAINT!! RUST ON LIGHT FIXTURES, DIRTY AND STAINED FURNITURE. The woman at the front desk in the morning needs to be trained on how to speak with customers. The young gentleman in the evening was GREAT! Staff at the restaurant was hospitable but SLOW. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our check. This happened twice. The gift shop woman was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"Just barely enough chairs for everyone in the hotel. I had to make a couple laps around at 2 pm just to find a single chair. They have other chairs that are further away from the pool, so you'll end up there if your late to the pool. Pool and area around it is very clean and well staffed."

"I recently traveled with my 2 kids for spring break we loved the roof top pools both of the & the food & drinks up there at the bar were amazing. The room was nice and to our liking we visited for spring break and had an amazing stay. We still had a little time after check out and our luggage was held for us big help. Last but not least the breakfast included buffet style was good different menu daily."

"We stayed for 12 days . The room was clean basic , confusing as to when housekeeping would come and clean. Sometimes at 7-8 pm. We loved the pool option and chilled there pretty much every day- would have loved a more attentive/interactive staff (bar one lovely lady and the bartender with the glasses ) that would come to the loungers and ask if you wanted a drink/ needed another drink rather than making you go to the bar all the time - took away from that “being on holiday feeling.” The staff...
