"This was a perfect quick getaway for 4th of July weekend! The property is beautiful but the beach club was the BEST! Beautiful views, with the options to lounge, play in the waves or chill in the pool. Mr. Daniel made our time at the beach club super relaxing! He's so kind and anticipated our every need. The food was delicious everywhere! We seriously didn't have a bad meal. Our only concern is the property is changing owners in mid-August 2026 so it's unclear how that will affect future stays...

"Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing. "The property was beautiful! It had several pools and the pool near our room hardly ever had people so it felt like a private pool. We ate at one of the restaurants and the food was excellent! Outside the property was a bus that takes you to downtown Cancun for $1. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I have had a great experience here and would definitely go again!"
