"We stayed in a Garden View room. On our first night around 10 PM, the AC began leaking in our room in Building 5, and we had to be transferred to Building 4. It was frustrating having to walk back, pack everything up, and switch rooms that late at night. "Lots of construction going on, which we understand is necessary, but the dining was a mess that week. Of the 4 main restaurants, most were closed they other night, some nights 3 of 4 were closed. Dunno if it was staffing issues or what, but definitely changed the experience. Thank goodness for 24 hr room service, which was ok overall but very slow, always an hour plus wait for dinner. "
