"This is a full service property. Concierge, door person, car service, mutliple dining and bar options, on site convenience store, walking tours, aitring area....it's all there. Located literally around the corner from Times Square! Definitely stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, easy access to everything, including subway access. Breakfast vouchers included with stay. Staff are helpful and very friendly. Always available and keeping an eye on the property. Verification required to access majority of hotel spaces which is comforting being so close to Times Square. "

"There many positive elements to Hotel Stanford. The room size is definitely larger than most NYC hotel room in this price range. It has been renovated not too long ago and the improvements definitely show. The bed was super comfortable. They provide complementary bkfast and coffee in their 2nd fl lounge, which is quite comfortable. I did couple of zoom meetings at the lounge and it was good. The front desk staff was so helpful in helping us to check in early as we arrived after a red eye flight. Kudos definitely to the staff. Here are a few things that should be improved. 1. There is no electricity al outlet by the bed. It is impossible to charge your phone and use it in bed. 2. The thermometer is not very responsive. My room was either cold or stuffy. There is no middle ground. Our son's room did not have any cold air. After 2 days, we made a room change request and they moved our son's to a junior suite. Very well done. 3. As you go higher in the floor (we were on 12th floor...top floor), the water pressure goes down. I think it's due to the old buildings in NYC. Next time, I d e finite will be staying in a suite on the 2nd floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Stanford hotel as described above and certainly recommend this hotel. Finally, this hotel is located in heart of Manhattan Koreatown and the mid town location is soooo wonderfully accessible for wonderful Asian cuisine and short subway rides away from Central Park and the museum row."

"We had an excellent time at your hotel. While many hotels have nice rooms, good locations, many services, what stands out at this hotel are the employees. Every one of them acted as if we were the only visitors they had at the time of conversation - always going the extra yard to suggest taking an umbrella, stopping by the bar for a glass of wine in the evening, suggesting the best way to get somewhere. I want to especially note Ariana - the front desk manager. She remembered our names two days after our first introduction and was just the most personable person I have ever met in a hotel. I would go back there just because she is there. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in New York!"
