"Great service however limited parking which was a bit inconvenient considering it difficult to find parking in North Sydney"

"This hotel is clean and closely located to the new Victoria Cross Metro station. We enjoyed our stay - the only complaint was staff were a little slow to react. We had someone park in a thoroughfare in the carpark so larger cars could not exit and it took over an hour to have resolved. "

"We have stayed regularly at the Urban over a number of months now. We are always greeted warmly and the rooms are very comfortable and good value for money. We like the fact that there is a small onsite restaurant that serves very tasty food. We will continue to stay here on our regular trips to Sydney. "

"Stayed here on numerous occasions. Apartment are clean. Great for public transport and some reasonable eating places. Great for having a supermarket close by. "

"We had a most enjoyable stay, felt like a home with a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The small items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc made it very convenient, dishes were clean, trash could be taken out and dropped into the chute by the lifts. I will be staying there again! Btw, the building is a few minutes walk to the Chatswood station. Staff are awesome! "
