"Glad we found this hotel, 5 min slow walk to Central station with trains, light rail & buses to take you anywhere including airport. McDonalds & Chemist Warehouse opposite. We were surprised how quiet it was, no noise at all, not even from neighbouring rooms or lifts. Large rooms & bathrooms & comfy beds. Very clean & modern too. Walkin shower. Highly recommend "

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...

"I had a great stay at Ibis Sydney east. Considering its perched above a busy road, the double glazing meant that the sound does not infiltrate the room and I had no trouble sleeping or just relaxing in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kings Cross station is very close and you can get anywhere from there. My room even had a harbour and Opera House view, to my surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again."

"Staff were exceptionally kind & understanding and offered easy solutions to booking amendments, Mr Saga at the front desk is clearly from the old school of hotels and was professional, charming and accommodating. Beds are super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and has excellent air conditioning. Excellent location with public transport only a few steps away. "
