Everything was okay. No problems with checking in or checking out. Staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit underwhelming for the price but otherwise, an okay hotel.

i have stayed in many 5 star international hotels in manila - but this place is the one that makes me feels at home. their people gives the best service and they dont differentiate whether you book through their membership program or third party like expedia. thumbs up !

Property was well kept. Room was clean and comfy. Although, abit disappointed as we requested for airport pickup and even sent our flight details but no one was around to pick us up. Not as responsive as Somerset Alabang team where I stayed previously.
