"Absolutely awful experience. First day I check in, there are bugs EVERYWHERE. Sheets were not clean, floor was dirty, the condo was not cleaned prior to moving in. Appliances don't need connect to the outlets because their plugs are the wrong type. I messaged the owner twice about the bugs, and despite multiple bug traps and sprays, there are still bugs everywhere. Extremely minimal extra amenities, not even any shower gel and shampoo, hardly any trash bags. What made the me the most upset...
