The staff are really friendly, but more are needed during busy checkin periods.The shuttle from the airport could do with being at least once every hour. we missed ours and got a taxi as we didn,t want to sit around for 2 hours for the sake of 30 ringit taxi fare"

"This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value"

"Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available."

"We paid very little and certainly didn't expect much, but not this little. Minimalist room with a fairly dirty and run-down bathroom. The main problem, however, was the constant noise: there was the humming of the refrigerator, the electrical panel, and every so often a fan that sounded like a helicopter would start up. It was impossible to sleep. "
