"Only one type of communication is through WhatsApp messages. Very hard to solve the problem. I’m trying to get my deposit refund but after a month, I’ve been trying to contact, still don’t get any answer. "

"Bilik hotel yang luas, mempunyai katil & tilam yang terbaik. Sangat sesuai untuk mereka yang mempunyai anak² kecil. Parking free di basement kedua tetapi kena validate setiap kali sebelum keluar. Dapat complimentary cadbury 1 sebagai tanda selamat datang. Kedai makanan, atm, pharmacy dan macam² lagi berada berdekatan dengan hotel ini. Terbaik"

"Solo travel, just needed a crash pad for the night near the airport, which this was great for with plenty of eating out options nearby"

"Had a wonderful stay at Arena by Avery! The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers needing quick access to KLIA, with many guests highlighting the convenience of being around 10–15 minutes from the airport. Great facilities, peaceful environment, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!"

"Sangat memuaskan"

"Property wifi bill was late and they didn’t pay. So I had no WiFi for 2 days, had to connect to other room which was very slow. Gym equipment broken, hit or miss. Area was ok. Check in property was not tracking me, even though I had already paid."
