We had an unexpected and very late flight change, which presented a real problem for us regarding checkout. Jordan handled our situation with incredible grace and professionalism. Understanding our dilemma, he went above and beyond to arrange a much-needed late checkout for us. This simple act of kindness and flexibility relieved so much stress and allowed us to relax and prepare properly for our extended travel day. "Setia Shopping mall is connected from Hotel 1M level. It is very convenient. The traffic to Klang area was smooth. Breakfast was good. You can enjoy Starbucks coffee."
