"Room was great. Very spacious for a room in Japan. The Cross Floor had a nice water and ice dispenser. Access to the lounge was nice. Provided drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) and snacks. I wouldn’t overspend for the Cross Room Floor for lounge. Breakfast was good. Various options to eat. Location was ideal for Dontobori if that’s where you want to be nearby "

"There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and the airport bus terminal is next to it which is very convenient. Metro station is connected to the hotel with underground walkway. A lot of shopping areas are in walking distance. Room is clean although design is a bit old fashioned. Staff was very helpful when we needed help with transportation to the airport. Overall we are very satisfactory and recommended to stay again. "

"Great location in a quieter part of Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi area. Room was big, luxurious and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good whenever you need it. Only issue is the wifi was very unstable with frequent disconnection. The router had to be reset each time. "
