"OK hotel, but only one elevator working (2 normally) which leads to a lot of wait times. Even if both were working it wouldn't be enough for a hotel of this size. Rooms felt really dark. Would look somewhere else for Osaka. At this price there's definitely better options."

"The free breakfast provided was satisfying and had quite a few options available. I love that there was a coffee machine in the lobby. Hotel room seemed a bit outdated, but it was in a good area. It was still near Dotonbori, but not as loud and busy at night. "

"We had a good stay even though it was only one night. The room was great and it was the best bed we slept in during our two week trip. One thing to note is if your room has a in room laundry machine, do small loads as the dryer feature is not as strong as dryers in the states. Secondly, I can’t say I would recommend the breakfast. We found the food pretty mediocre compared to going to a local cafe, which there are a lot of in the area."

"Hotel was located in great area. Easy to walk to many restaurants and shopping areas. Also very close to the train station. Staff was very sweet and accommodating. They helped my family with luggage delivery to my next hotel making my transition smooth. The hotel also provides many necessities one might not have brought to make stay easier as well. The shampoo and conditioner was really nice. I had to go buy and bring home. I booked the double economy room with the large twin and was worried it would be too small since I am from America but it actually fit 2 average Americans no problem. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Nice and clean. Conveniently located. There’s also a convenient store on basement which we loved. Only slightly inconvenient part was if you’re on any floor above 22 you have to take two elevators. First one to floor 22 then next one to your floor up to 30."
