Excellent hotel to stay in Osaka. Within walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. A subway station is conveniently connected to hotel and the Airport bus is close by as well. Didn’t have their breakfast as there were so many food options around the hotel. Room was spacious and had a lot of amenities. World definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the premium room (2 adults and a 4 yr old). Staff was great, helpful throughout check in, luggage shipping to next city, holding baggage, cleaning up our messy room. Breakfast buffet was great too - a little sparkling, great Japanese food selections. For the price, def worth it. Family mart at the main floor, basement floor connects right to the metro. Very convenient for us with a stroller.

Great location connected to Namba station . 5 minute walking distance from dontonbori. Staff was courteous and professional . Dropped my bags off at the first floor and checked in on the 11th floor they were kind enough to let us check in one hour early and bags were in the room waiting for us . Great location we will definitely stay here again next trip to Osaka .

This is a very nice hotel in Osaka for a great price. Pros: -Very nice breakfast buffet (I suggest you get it) -Roof shower -Lots of amenities (toothbrush/thoot paste, etc). -Very clean -Kumo kumo is a very nice sky bar (go well dressed) Cons: -Not all the staff speaks english -My room had automated lights and a/c control and the later didn’t respond well. Overall a good hotel for the price and other amenities so I’d stay again gladly.
