"nice place with nice staff, only the place is in a residential area, not much dining places around, but if u want a quiet stay, this place is perfect. "
"Such a great hotel to start our Japan trip. Very supportive and the amenities are outstanding. No need to worry about anything while we got used to navigating the city. Highly recommend!"
"Lovely room, absolutely massive.
Location was great, right next to Dotonbori and the shopping district.
Especially for the price it was such a surprise.
An issue we had with other hotels was rubbish bins, this hotel had ample bins for us to throw stuff away.
Staff were so attentive, so lovely and even just allowed an early check-in without any charge.
Would highly, highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back in Osaka would stay here everytime."

"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Everything was efficient and clean. Just was confused by the system where they leave supplies at your door, like where to put dirty towels if fresh ones are left at the door. The lifts get crowded."
"Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind. "
