"The staff were incredibly friendly! The bathroom was a little dusty, and the bathroom vent also smelled like cigarettes. None of us smoke, so we assumed the smell must be coming from another room. The room was small but suited our needs. It was very close to major attractions and the coin op laundry was very helpful "

"Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka."
