"部屋が埃っぽくて不快。 照明により大量の埃が舞うのが見えた。"

"Great family room and service. Ideal location to explore. Our kids loved the games near the front desk."

"Superb location. Directly connected to Exit 12 of Namba station. Across the road from food and shopping. Short walk to Kuromon market and dotonbori/shinsaibashi. "One of the best hotels we stayed in during our 3 week vacation in Japan. The Location is great to reach main shopping street in Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi by foot! Metro station to reach all important destinations and Aeon 24hr supermarket right downstairs was awesome. The breakfast was superb!"

"Clean room good area and helpful staff"

"There was something wrong with my room and they immediately switch me to another room. Service is extremely fast and efficient!"

I state drinks as this is an adult only hotel as you are able to make your own cocktails! There’s also a wonderful coffee bar for those that love coffee. The room we had was awesome as it had a mini karaoke setup, hot rock spa, and did mention amazing amenities. It’s located...
