"Muy mala experiencia en el hotel producto a varios factores.
1- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en ningún restaurante.
2- Tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación porque el aire no funcionaba.
3- Muchas escaleras y muy pocos ascensores.
4-Liqueo en el techo de una de las habitación
5- La infrastructura del hotel no es cómoda para los precios
6- La comida no del todo vien y para reservar en los restaurantes muy complicado por la capacidad."

"My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

"Extremely disappointed. Our stay was one of the worst we’ve had in a while. From the moment we checked in, we knew it was a mistake. They don’t advise you beforehand that the actual property is a mile and a half away from the main gate and that they don’t allow Ubers into the property nor do they offer a ride to the main gate (despite being a golf resort). It forces you to pay a taxi through them which costs about $50usd to get anywhere since the property is so isolated from everything. We...
