"Located in the center of town, street is very loud if you’re staying in the beachfront units. Very overpriced for what you get! Very overpriced. Bar staff was slow. Beach outside of the hotel not managed by the hotel and was dirty and had trash everywhere. Rooms in need of updating. Morning breakfast buffet was the highlight with great variety and good food. We will not stay here again. "

"The staff overall were attentive but the property was so-so. The WiFi was spotty (maybe due to weather?). Overall it was an okay place although wouldn’t recommend it. Due to timing I ended up having a split stay b/w here and another dive resort and the other was a more enjoyable experience. "

"I don’t even know how to start this review but my experience with a hotel Viaggio at (Mazatlan) was horrible. I paid for an all inclusive stay and when I arrived, they did not honor that. The worst part was the housekeeping. I requested for waters and coffee every day and not once did the stuff arrived. Not once said they changed out my bedsheets. At one point, I even stopped the housekeeping lady in the hallway and she refused to hand me any waters or coffee. I do not recommend the stay. I...
