"Property nice, rooms nice, entertainment needed work, some nights the entertainment was boring. Towels in room should be repleced, they looked like they had been washed a thousand times. Maids who made up the room work was inconsistent. Sometimes they did a good job and sometimes they didn't. Sometimes they didn't leave enough towels."

"The hotel in general is amazing, beautiful and, clean. The staff and services are really good. The restaurants are good, but the best is The Blove. There were some things that I did not like, such as a strange smell throughout the hotel, or at least on the first floor, as if the pipe were broken. The bathrooms do not have an extractor fan.
