"Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, los alimentos y bebidas muy bien, el personal es muy atento, no solicitan propina extra y en ningun momento senti un rechazo por ser nacional, como me han contado algunos amigos que los han hecho sentir en otros lugares. "This is a beautiful property and there so much to see. Beautiful art is displayed throughout the property. The restaurants are have an array of choices. All were very good only issue was that you will need to make reservations for three of the six restaurants that are included in the stay. We didn't have our plans for the week so when we finally decided we were only able to make one reservation as they were all full. The chefs are amazing super tasty food. We will be coming back"

"This hotel has everything you need in a hotel with many options for entertainment, restaurants, amenities, multiple pool areas and beach views. I really did not experience a bad time there. The only thing I I would like to see improve is room services. I order room services multiple nights and the delivery time was over a hour to hour and half. Both nights the food was warm and my hungry has subsided by then."

"We checked in with Carlos, I asked him to confirm there were no feather pillows/comforters in the room due to allergies. He confirmed no feathers anywhere.
