"El personal muy amable. La habitación terrible porque en la página indican “aire acondicionado “, sin embargo no tenía aire acondicionado, ni ventilador ni mosquiteros. Habían cucarachas atrás de la cama y en el techo.
No es hotel. Son cabañas en medio del bosque.
Es complicado llegar porque no hay buena señal en la carretera."

"Opino esto por que simplemente no me abrieron, el camino para llegar estaba en reparación y golpee mi carro y del otro lado donde pude llegar solitario y muy estrecho. En pocas palabras pagué 2 días de alojamiento y no me quedé por qué no pude entrar y viajé 3 horas que al final opté por regresar a mi destino ya que fui solo a su fiesta patronal… pase la peor experiencia en tantos años que tengo viajando a conocer pueblos mágicos. Reservé y pagué y simplemente no me abrieron…. "

"It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice.
Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety.
Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though.
Definitely would book here again when re-visiting! "
