"This stay was an overall mess-- the front desk & concierge lost our luggage for an hour, tried to demote our room from what we paid for, and later when we got locked out of our room they made us wait outside our room for almost an hour in our swimsuits. They were very pushy about attending a timeshare presentation and they did not try to remedy our feelings of disconnect or disrespect about anything with our check-in process or losing our luggage. When we spoke to management they made empty...

The food and drinks at the beach are delicious and not overpriced to gouge guests. The rooms are spacious. There is always hot water. We couldn’t think more highly of this place"

"Great room actually it was a living room kitchen two bathrooms and a bedroom. Everything worked. It was beautiful, the area is a little dead so it’s the weather is really hot. "Lots of good. Very quiet and peaceful grounds. Beautiful clean pool. Old, dated, tired room that needs renovating. Very hard to find the hotel for my Uber drivers, as there are no signs on the building. Bed was hard as a rock. Coffee in the rooms would have been nice."
