The resort is beautiful, located in a beautiful location. The staff is super friendly and I wished I would have been able to remember all of their names. However, big shoutout to Liliana, Samuel and Nathiliana (and I probably spelled that wrong, too), all the bell boys, the housekeepers etc. It was a very relaxing stay and I enjoyed every moment.

This was a total relaxation haven where you have everything you need within the resort. What made the experience amazing was the staff who seem to actually love their jobs. We want to recognize Luis and Carlos (transportation), Wendy, Octavio, Alejandro, (Servers) Dash (Tonati Beach Club) and Fernando our amazing bartender by the pool who kept our margaritas flowing. Housekeeping was great too! We have not met any of them but you guys were great as well. Thank you thank you thank you and we will definitely be back!

Our stay overall was okay,The room was in good condition and housekeeping, came each day and cleaned the room and the beds, so that was nice. But there were notable things that could have been improved. The water took a long time to heat up in the shower and sometimes it didn’t heat up at all.All the “hot”tubs were lukewarm and extremely busy. The staff were great but overall the pool was so busy we didn’t get chairs for 2 days during our stay. Lastly all the food at the restaurants was mostly cold and lacked quality and flavor. This was our first experience here.

Had a mixed stay at this hotel - while it’s very beautiful and lots to do for kids, some of the staff weren’t very helpful and we found we really had to advocate for anything we needed. Depending on which villa or tower you stay in, it can also be quite noisy at night until 9 or 10pm. Overall would recommend this for anyone with older kids who can manage the longer walks between the different amenities and if you don’t mind the some staff being kind of blasé about your experience.

All the staff was incredible, we loved the smaller pools spread out. The food was really really good and authentic. I wish they had an airport shuttle and better air in the restaurants. Our room was great, beds comfortable with black out curtain and good bedding. Housekeeping was unpredictable but did a great job when they cleaned it room. Would definitely come back again

Great hotel, very confortable rooms and spacious. It is a shame that we as mexicans cant keep anything clean. And that they allowe dogs in the pool isnt too good
