"The hotel in general was excellent. The check in was a breeze as well as the check out. We were surprised to have a view of the Empire State. The reason why I don’t give full stars is because it would have been nice to have a fully functioning restaurant in the property as well as access to the outdoor terrace. The queen pod was a perfect size for a couple. Cleanliness was great!"

Open-space lobby is more like a lounge, with music (sometimes live) and tons of comfortable seating options -- there were always a number of people hanging out there, sometimes enjoying coffee or a drink from the bar.
