"I was here for the Louder Than Life Festival all weekend, I had no issues with checking in, checking out. The front host saw I was struggling trying to carry something in and help me all the way to my room. 10/10 experience"

"This might be up there as the absolute cleanest hotel I've stayed in! The staff were lovely and my only complaints was the A/C was a little bit loud at times and the bathroom was a bit small to sit on the toilet for me, but I'm 6'5" so this happens on occasions. Beyond that, the shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable and again, it was SO clean! "
