"I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

"The towels bad, pool small towels, bedsheets dirty, wrinkled, poor, no vet in bathroom, soap bad, no wadroop, floor bad, smoking or bad smell in the room. Too expensive for bad appearance and conditions. Breakfast bad… continental??? Really horrible This place is just poor"

"I did not like that there was no hot water in my room. Seems like a basic amenity. Call the front desk and was told another room on my floor had the same complaint. The good news is, hot water was restored shortly. The bad news is that this happened at all."
