"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The parking lot and grounds had quite a bit of littler lying around, and the round metal plates on the floor in the hall were sticking up around the edges, making it challenging to navigate with wheeled luggage. It was almost the cheapest place we could find, at the last minute, so perhaps you get what you pay for. No regrets, but also no frills. We don't quite know why it was rated 8.4 in Expedia. We would likely rate it 6.5 or...

"Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators"

"The hotel was fine for our stay, but it's definitely showing its age and could use some updating. We appreciated having a suite with a kitchenette, which gave us a little extra space. Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety. Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast...

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."
