"The front desk staff were great."

"First off the last time I stayed was not pleased but always loved crown plaza so I thought why not. Absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was so sweet and let me check in a hour early. Went to Louisville game with my wife came back and went to bar and our bartender was a one of a kind. She was covered up but she took top care of everyone there. Also made a helluva old fashioned. After this trip will not stay anywhere else."

"House keeping didn't come until after 5:30pm. They didn't even vacuum the floor, put more coffee, or makeup wipes in the room. It didn't seem like the floor had been vacuumed well when we got there and we didn't have any body wash in the shower. We did like the fact they had umbrellas we could borrow because it was raining.
