"Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable."

"Unexpected circumstances happened during our three day stay. We were treated poorly by staff and manager. They were not helpful in anyway. Front desk staff was even rude. There are too many hotels nearby in this price range to stay at a hotel that is not flexible or kind when problems arise. Just choose another hotel."

"The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience."

"The indoor pool was very nice. There were 2 doors to the room - one to the parking lot and the other one to the hall inside the building. It was quiet, too. All in all, a very nice stay."

"The 1st and second rooms were semi-clean except the table chairs and also the jetted tub in the first room was broken and they were unable to fix so we moved to another room with a jetted tub the next day and refunded us $25.00. After moving to the second room again the table chairs were not clean. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Linda. Breakfast was good and parking was extremely good. Overall, I would stay again."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly yet professional, breakfast was what we have come to expect, the only thing that was unacceptable was the dumpsters from the construction work being picked up at 3am for the 1st one and 4 am for the second one. Otherwise a very quiet environment. "

"All the staff are so welcoming. There is no deposit unless you have pets. It's fairly quiet. Beds are comfy. "

"Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. Fridge with freezer is really nice to refreeze our ice packs. Microwave. Coffee maker. Pool was clean not too cold. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, cereal."

"The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

"The lady at the front desk was amazing, however, the hotel was very outdated. Everything looked old and dirty. We didn't even put our belongings down upon arrival, instead we walked in the room and walked right back out. It smelled like cigarettes and looked like a run down homeless shelter."

"Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!"
