"Pool area was cozy but nice. The dinner and breakfast buffet were good the days we stayed. Such a nice ammenity. Always love staying at Drury hotels. "

"There was a complete communications breakdown there was a language barrier with housekeeping regarding exits to the stairwells the staff did not speak English, which created an issue at the elevator myself and others waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator after the staff was unable to tell us where the stairwells were, they could only point with their fingers no verbiage this is unacceptable as people are traveling with time constraints please consider addressing this issue to avoid future inconveniences"

"The beds were very comfortable but floors and baseboards were dirty. The indoor pool was not heated and was actually freezing. A lot of options for breakfast but a lot had run out at 930am. "

"I made a reservation Expedia told me to be there to check in the next day . When I got there they were closed. I had a family emergency so I couldn’t spend the rest of my afternoon stalking the internet going from Expedia to birch suites to figure out why they were close although I did try reaching out to Expedia with no results . So trip cancelled went home . Next day birch suites said since I had made the reservation thru Expedia then they were the ones that had to change my reservation date because their hours had changed without updating them . Expedia told me I was s****outta luck pretty much so I never got a refund or another reservation.’. My money was stolen by the both of them and this is the best part…..I PAID THE 9 EXTRA DOLLARS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GRANTEE ME MY MONEY in case of a situation like my reservation being canceled. What a joke!!!"

"Floors do not look like they have been cleaned. Carpet in hallways old and not well kept. Security card reader on elevator is not working. The wall in our room had a big crack in the plaster from what appears to be from building settling. Breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was not working. They had a waffle maker, cereal, one piece of bread and three muffins when we went down. Next day same thing. No butter or margarine. We had to put down a $40 deposit for incidentals and when it was time to check out the receptionist wasn't sure what to do. We ended up bringing her up to inspect the room and then we got our cash deposit back. TV was hung crooked on the wall. "

"Rooms were clean, pool looked nice but we didn't go into the pool during our stay, lastly the breakfast needs to be better. Breakfast at other Embassy hotels are usually pretty good."
