"The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend. "

"Great design, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, nice amenities. Loved the rooftop restaurant/bar and pool area, good happy hour specials. Enjoyed dinner there. Didn't get to try the diner for breakfast, but did take advantage of the coffee bar and enjoyed sitting in the spacious comfortable and well decorated lobby. Nice little extras in the room and good vibes overall. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was so convenient to universal studios theme park. You have the option of shuttle service to and from the hotel but it is absolutely walkable as well. Nice restaurant for breakfast, really easy and convenient parking, the gym facility is quite nice and had a bit more equipment that a lot of hotels I've stayed at. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Checking in was extremely fast and easy, as was checking out. If you do have a car, yo uare bale to keep it there until 6pm even when...
