"Surpassed expectations"

"When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations."

"Shower was amazing"

"I originally emailed the hotel to let them know I had an early morning arrival. They confirmed 3 weeks before I was supposed to arrive. Then on the night before I was arriving I received an email from the hotel asking me if I was going to show up a few hours after checkin around 3p. I emailed the hotel asking them to check the previous notes that were entered about my morning arrival. I never received any responses from them. It added a ton of extra stress to my trip. That did have a room...
