"Clean simple room, convenient location by time square (a drum walk back from the clubs), staff always greeted us (24/7 availability), our room was ready early so we could check in. Next to the hotel there’s a 24/7 eatery with lots of food, snacks, hot food, and great Paninis. Also an Irish pub."

"Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. Also, more than two small complimentary bottles of water should be placed in the hotel rooms when guests are spending more than one night. Thank you! I "

"It would be a five except the door to our bathroom did not open and close more than 5 inches. Otherwise great location, really friendly and helpful staff clean and quiet rooms."
