"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."

"The hostess assisting us during check-in was quite rude and almost sarcastic when I inquired about the reservation details. She was not very helpful when I attempted to use my credit card; the card reader wasn't working, and she seemed hesitant to manually enter the numbers. Additionally, the beds were squeaky, and the sheets appeared worn and crumpled, suggesting they had been used frequently and were made of low-quality material."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting on all shifts. Also the parking garage is two blocks down from the hotel which wasn’t a problem for me but plan accordingly. The room was very clean and house keeping dose a nice job tidying up during the stay. Very close to all attractions. Also the view of the city is everything you could hope for!"
