"We missed the first night of our stay. Although I emailed in advance to let them know, they cancelled our booking. This created a delay at check-in and we ended up with pretty naff rooms. These had no windows facing the outside world but instead had windows overlooking the lobby which was pretty noisy late into the evening and early in the morning. Natural light is always nice to have. It's a very big hotel with kids running around everywhere so not ideal if you're planning a romantic getaway....
