"Our stay here was okay, largely thanks to the staff who were incredibly pleasant and friendly. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The AC didn't work during our stay, and the building feels quite run-down and in need of serious repair. Because we anticipated this, we actually brought our own sheets, pillows, a Swiffer, cleaning wipes, and Lysol to deep-clean the room before unpacking. The customer service is great, but the physical property needs some major TLC."
