"That hotel was a kind of shock for us. I have to admit that room was clean and comfortable, but it is a small roadside motel, rather than hotel, in a very unattractive area. No amenities at all. Room’s window faced a wall. Other rooms face a loud and busy street, so we were actually lucky. It was OK for us to spend a night on our road trip, but definitely do not recommend."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are huge and include a full sized fridge, an extremely comfortable bed, and it's clean. The staff couldn't have been kinder. The free breakfast was delicious! I will absolutely stay here again!"

"The property is super pet friendly and the staff were extremely nice and not to mention welcoming! We had such an amazing trip; the views from our cabin were spectacular. We had the perfect amount of space in our cabin for two people and two dogs, and loved the option to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on our own little deck. We can’t wait to stay again! "We got one of the less expensive rooms and it was as good size with a fireplace and a huge bathroom. Staff was really friendly. The fire smores and movie at night was a nice touch. Great hot breakfast every morning, nice hot-tub, beautiful surroundings, and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Our stay at The Beach House Hotel Half Moon Bay was overall okay, but with a mix of positives and some frustrating issues. The suites are quite small — there’s really no space to properly open two suitcases, which makes the stay less comfortable.
