"The room was clean and nice, but there was no AC or heater. There was a wheel to change the temp but no vent or anything that made a noticeable change to the temp in the room. The walls and floors were also very thin, we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep or talking from the room above. The property isn’t 24 hours because it is a small town but they do give you options to have your key card in a lock box with a unique code for those who arrive late. We arrived at midnight and were able to get into our room perfectly! I ended up needing extra towels and a broom (due to breaking a glass personal item) and they had maintenance come and clean it up even though i told them i would happily do so! Beautiful views, rooms were large, nice deck, comfortable bedding, the fireplace soaking tube is amazing, the room is stocked with everything you need even a fan and ear plugs if you dont enjoy the foghorn but we did. Its definitely an older place but they stay on top of repairs. Easy parking, great lobby. We didnt partake in the grab and go breakfast but the area looked nice. Honestly loved it."

"We stayed in the Cypress Cottage. It was very quiet and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the window and the kitchen was stocked with all you need for cooking. They supplied coffee, tea and a complimentary bottle of wine. The carpet needed to be removed due to age in the eating area, stained. Upon entry the cabin smelled of dogs from the past. We had to air it out. We were not particularly bothered by this being a dog owner ourselves but not what we wanted to smell on a getaway...
