"I was pretty impressed on how well the rooms were. If I could change anything, I would Just put a mirror on the outside of the bathroom. Also to use the light you have to insert ur key into the slot by the door. Other than that everything was good."

"Very odd smell in the room...like they used strong deodarizer to cover up the mildew smell. My entire wardrobe and my hair smelled like this and had to wash clothes that were not dirty just to get the smell out. Staff was okay but not very welcoming. I was take advantage of the breakfast available nor was I there to even view what was available. Weird old or broken down RVs/Trailers in the parking lot...a junk yard look."

"We did not stay at the Hacienda Heights Hotel. It looked like they attempted to upgrade, however this place was trashy. Three minutes after we checked in, we found bugs on the pillow that was laying on top of the bed. I would like to get a refund since we did not stay. We were there less than 5 minutes and barely sat on the bed. We were able to find better accommodations for less money on that night. When can I expect to see a refund in my account for this pre paid stay?"

"Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms.
