"We were in a patio room which was nice. The bed and linens are comfortable. Very spacious room, breakfast was good. It's a quiet area however we could hear people in the room next door one night until quite late. The other 2 nights we stayed were fairly quiet. Pool area is nice.It was good to have a shopping center and starbucks nearby. Bus stop that takes you to Laguna Beach is very close by. There is no shuttle to the airport. Overall it was a good stay."

"The first room I was in had cockroaches in it. Then the staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful and trying to make things right they sent me to a different room which again I had a problem in considering the shower, didn’t work. I asked to be called for the room and was told there’s nothing they could do oh not to mention the room that they sent me to for the second room was not only a downgrade for my original room, but smaller and again the broken shower."

"Carpet was dirty,smelled like throw up in between the beds. Beds were very uncomfortable,after two nights of sleep my back hurts . Tv remote barely worked,bathroom sink drain was clugged ,piece of glass found in the corner by the fridge in the kitchen,crumbs of bred on the floor in the corners ,hair on the countertops,fake nail in the night stand drawer etc..would not stay there again. Breakfast was poor. "
