"Very good "

"The bi level suite was very spacious. Some of the light fixtures were falling apart and the carpet wasn’t great. You can tell this is an older building. I was very disappointed upon arrival that the pool was closed for refurbishment. We should have gotten a discount and at the very least were told that it would not be available upon booking. We were allowed to use a neighboring hotel’s pool which was nice but very inconvenient. The buffet breakfast was okay. There were waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs. The hotel is located conveniently close to the Toy Story parking lot and entrance to Disneyland - it was about equidistant between the two. I would say the best part was the spaciousness of the unit for 5 people."

"We saw the maintenance worker cleaning the bathroom Mats in the pool and our hotel blankets smelled rancid! The tub had hair when we checked in!"

"The room was not what I reserved for and this is an issue that is consistent. Hotels.com and Anaheim Resort Suites are NOT on the same page and that’s very unfortunate and disappointing"

"Great hotel for a great price! Nice and friendly staff. Good walking distance to the Disneyland. Breakfast was decent. The pools and hot tubs were a plus. We loved all of the cute character bushes by the pool. Beds were comfy. We will definitely stay here again."

"The outside grounds and the exterior look charming. The lobby is also very nice. Unfortunately we were given a room in the second, and apparently quite neglected, second building. The bathroom looked like it had received several paint overs and caulking applications and looked like an aging celebrity being held together by its makeup. The tub was stained and didn't drain well and a few bugs crawled out to say hello. Sorry the Disney shuttle wasn't enough."

"I thought I got double queen beds but they upgraded three full beds for family of 5 (2 adults & 3kids). They have mini fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning. Everything I needed was satisfactory! Kids were happy to sleep comfortably in the bed."
