"Dirty carpet, dirty tub. Very close to the train tracks, you can hear and feel the vibration when train is passing by. Breakfast isn’t good. "

"The room was not entirely made - no toilet paper, no shampoo, no soap, towel sets were missing. The utensils were not available because the front desk staff said “we are short on staff, and I can either serve the guest or wash dishes”. Then, there was an emergency water shutoff notice, that notified the facility water will be shutoff from 9am to 5pm the next day. We requested to move to another hotel and Expedia helped out us. "

"Amazing experience, this hotel has everything you need the staff was so amazing and helped me to get everything settled. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen was super convenient and just what you need. The room was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was running amazing. And the best part the big pool my kids enjoyed. "We love staying here. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing especially Francisco. He was great and I’d liked that the pool was clean. I wished that the pool was heated because it was cold but other than that it was amazing. The hot tub is definitely a plus."

"Extremely Clean rooms and I’m picky. They have a very nice breakfast every morning and also dinner Mon-Friday and it’s incline your stay. The area is very safe and if you want to eat out the restaurants are close. Also the entire staff from front desk to the kitchen help were very nice!"
