"Mysterious purple stain on our bedsheets upon arrival & a hole kicked into our restroom door. Our nextdoor neighbor has been checked into the hotel for more than 500 days and was screaming throughout the day and night. We did notify staff but they did not move our room or give us any compensation for the disturbance during our stay."

"This property is right off of the freeway. The train passes by and you can hear it clearly thus your sleep will suffer! get air plugs if you stay here. The room itself was ok, but the property was very dirty and needs TLC. The person that checked us in was nice, this was around 9pm. I had to ask for earplugs and went back down, different person was at the desk, she was rude for no reason and didn't even look at me when I asked for the earplugs, she just set them on the counter next to her so I could grab them. However, the lady that was doing the service for breakfast next morning, she was extremely nice, Hispanic lady who was very helpful and making sure everyone was well taken care of. The continental breakfast was good."
